SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders more than 100 Euros give FREE SHIPPING.
EU orders are shipped GLS/POSTNORD and are delivered to your nearest decdicated dropoff location. EU flatrate shipping price 10 Euro. Approximate delivery time in Denmark 1-3 days, Europe 2-5 days
Other INTERNATIONAL orders delivery time is 6-10 days. International flatrate shipping price 15 Euro. International orders are shipped with GLS or DHL and will be delivered to your door.
You will be notified by text, e-mail or a slip in the mailbox when you package is ready for pickup.
Please note During holiday seasons the delivery time may be longer than usual.
You do not have my country/city as a poster!

IS VAT INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICES?
For customers in within Denmark and the European Union, VAT (25%) is included in all prices.
We love our friends across the oceans outside the EU and think it's important to give you a couple of heads up regarding shipping and customs. If the country we ship your order to is outside the EU (Norway, Faroe islands, USA, Canada etc.) your order will not be charged danish VAT of 25%. This will automatically be deducted from you order once you enter your address upon ordering. An example; A poster costing DKK 399,- will only cost you DKK 319,- without Danish VAT.
However VAT/sales tax may be charged by local customs agencies when your package reaches your country of residence, so check the rates before ordering. All of these additional costs are the responsibility of the customer alone and are NOT payed for by Kortkartellet or included in the price presented in the Kortkartellet checkout.

If you have not received your orderconfirmation from Kortkartellet please check your spam filter to see if it has been marked as spam. If not please contact us and we´ll help you out.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped from the Kortkartellet warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking link which lets you track your package on its journey to you. Please note that it may take several hours before the first action is updated.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Sure. However, we are not able to cancel or change your order if we have shipped it. Contact us asap on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +45 22800644. Please have your order number handy.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we’re here to help. Before getting in contact with us, please try the following: Danish customers; Use the tracking link you received in your confirmation e-mail to see the current delivery status of your order. Your package may already be awaiting pick-up at your local delivery depot. Check if you have received an sms, e-mail or delivery card by snail mail.
International customers: Use the tracking link you received in your confirmation e-mail to see the current delivery status of your order. Delivery may have been attempted while you were at work, out walking the dog or in the shower. Check if you have received a text-message, e-mail or attempted delivery card from the carrier. If you were not available at the time of delivery you may need to schedule a new date for delivery.
If you cannot locate your package, please contact Kortkartellet Customer Service by e-mail email@example.com or via phone +45 22800644. Please state your order number and the tracking number you received in your order confirmation e-mail.
Uncollected packages are subject to an additional fee of 150 SEK (20 EUR) charged by the carriers. This fee and the corresponding shipping costs for the return of the package to Kortkartellet will be charged the customer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
14 dayfull refund. You're always welcome to return your order within 14 days from the delivery of your package. All products must be returned in perfect condition.The Kortkartellet products can not have been used or unwrapped. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. Should you be interested in an alternative product, please return your item/s to us with a note stating the product number + description of the item you are interested in. Kortkartellet will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Any shipping charges that may occur when returning the products are the Customer’s responsibility. The cost of the merchandise will be refunded. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Kortkartellet receives the returned products. Please note, that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by Kortkartellet. When making a return the value of your merchandise alone is refunded - not the shipping fee.
I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM
Please contact us immediately and we'll help you sort it out! Make sure to include your order number, which item the issue concerns and a description of the issue and a photo or two if the goods are damaged. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED ITEMS?
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received any refund within 30 business days since you returned your items, please contact us. Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any shippingreference numbers (the carrier you shipped you return with) when you contact us.
